Georges Haddad has dedicated his professional career in building strong relationships and customer focused solutions for his clients. Since founding buzz solutions (formerly Le Groupe SCI) in 1998, where he currently holds the role President & CEO, his privately held company has specialized in the development, delivery, and execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems for the Life Sciences and Consumer Product Goods Industries. Under his guidance and support, the Montreal based company has implemented over 50 major CRM deployments for several multinational organizations
His continued drive for excellence has led to buzz solutions being recognized in several ways within the business community including: Finalist in the coveted Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year - "Emerging Entrepreneur" in 2003; Recipient of the Saint-Laurent Chamber of Commerce for "B2B Services" in 2004; and also being named in the TOP 15 Employers in Montreal for two consecutive years (2010, 2011).
buzz solutions is a major contributor to the community and charitable organizations. Georges sits on the Governor’s Circle for the Montreal Children’s Hospital and Starlight Foundation. buzz solutions donates annually to the Mission Bon Acceuil, Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, Lester B. Pearson School Board and has built parks for children.

José Hidalgo
Director of Operations
With over 25 years experience in the IT domain, 16 of those working on the Sales Force Automation and CRM fields, Jose is the Director of Operations where he is able to share his experience on solutions implementations for the CRM and ERP fields.
His studies on computers engineering combined with his international business experience collected during past years, allows him to understand current technological market conditions and challenges.
A multi-lingual experienced manager, prior to join buzz solutions, Jose filled many positions among which Project Manager and Director of Europe Business Development at Le Groupe Informatique MEI for almost 10 years, he has participated in Worldwide CRM solutions implementations throughout Europe, North-America, Latin America, and Asia for multinational companies working in the domains of consumer goods, distribution, pharmaceuticals, technology and beauty products & perfumes.

Luigi Lo Basso
Director, Finances and Administration
Luigi brings 30 years experience in senior financial and administrative roles within the Telecommunications, Media, Manufacturing and SAAS industries, specializing in financial strategies, financial control, budgeting, accounting, administrative and risk management with companies in Canada, Saudi Arabia, Korea, China, Taiwan, Uruguay, Columbia, Hungry, United Kingdom and Mexico.
A multilingual senior manager Luigi has worked with different cultures, practices and procedures and has helped companies get to the next level and generate excellent returns on investment.
Luigi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration, both from Concordia University.

Reine Abi Rached
Human Resources Director
With 14 years of experience in Administration, social skills and know-how. Reine was recognized and promoted to Human Resources Director after she was hired as administrative assistant in June 2007.
She was given the opportunity to follow one year training and continue her education in Human Resources at Concordia.
Reine is growing in her role at the company’s growing pace!
